Daily Yoga Class : At Sanskar Yoga Ashram, we offer daily yoga classes in the calm and spiritual atmosphere of an authentic Indian yoga ashram. We offer daily yoga classes that involve yoga asana practices, meditation, and pranayama sessions. All these practices are conducted under the supervision of trained and experienced yoga teachers. It helps in providing a transformative and comprehensive yoga learning experience without any commitment for a specific period of time. We follow a perfect blend of authentic yoga practices with proper Yoga Asanas, mindfulness, and breath control techniques. Each day starts with a calm andsoothing meditation and pranayama session followed by energetic yoga posture classes that include Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. The day ended with Yoga Philosophy and spiritualteachings.

There is no charge for children under the age of 5. Parents are encouraged to make a donation for food based on what they think is respectful.

  • 5:20 - 5:50am Guided Meditation
  • 6:00 - 7:30am Yoga Class: asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation
  • 7:50am Yogic Agni Hotra (fire puja)
  • 8:30 - 9:00am Breakfast
  • 12:30pm Lunch
  • 4:00-5:30pm Yoga Class: asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation (not on Sunday)
  • 6:00pm Dinner (6:30pm in Summer)
  • 7:00 - 8:00pm Kirtan / Chanting (Tuesday & Thursday)

Here we offer all aspects of Yoga including: pranayama, meditation, spiritual wisdom, and traditional ritual.

Family and single rooms are available.

Space for self-practice, plus workshops, training programs, and detox programs.

You will have a simple room with an attached bath, and access to a library, sitting rooms, a garden, and rooftop terrace, plus space for self practice.

At the Ashram, you will be expected to follow the simple rules, and you will benefit from the chance to detox, recharge, and rejuvenate. You can also join Ashram events and workshops, and explore Rishikesh and the surrounding region.
