Sanskar Yoga Ashram offers 200 hour yoga and therapy course in the foothills of the great Himalayas, Rishikesh India. This course is appropriate for Yoga practitioners, Sports Teachers, Yoga Therapist, Bachelor of Education Teachers and Fitness instructors of all levels & Practitioners. The prerequisites are to become a yoga therapy teacher is your interest, practice and enthusiasm.
At Sanskar Yoga Ashram you will get personal attention during classes because we keep just 5 to 20 students per class. We believe yoga is always been taught traditionally on an individual level because it is difficult to teach the more students at the same time. The course includes therapeutical asanas, theory class of yoga therapy for common diseases, anatomy physiology theory class on diseases, meditation classes, cleansing, pranayamas, yogic diets and much more.
A well-balanced diet chart will be provided by our school for various kind of disease according to the yogic treatment. The course also includes 3 times per day Satvic Bhojan (meals), accommodation in Mountain/Ganga view room and outdoor activities on Sundays. More than this, the course is well-scheduled for singles and couples, beginner, intermediate and advanced students who want to deepen their knowledge in yogic science.
Yoga therapy (how to use yoga practice for a disease?) is going to be very famous all over the world, in yoga therapy we learn that how to use yoga practices (asana, pranayama,mudra,bandha meditation) for a disease. The process of yoga therapy is based on selecting sequencing of yoga technique. According to the Patanjali Vyadhi (disease) is an obstacle of yoga it means if someone have a disease they should practice yoga for disease then for spirituality.
In yoga therapy we talk about a disease and there causes then we select yoga practice for that disease. Now days we have a lot type of yoga and sometime it's very hard to decide that which one is the right yoga practice for us ? Because everyone body type is deferent that time yoga therapy help us to fined right practice for us. We are living in very materialistic world and we having lots of problem and yoga therapy is the best option we have that can reduce our problems.
In yoga therapy one thing is very clear that we only can cure a disease through traditional yoga practice and trough some variation of traditional yoga other wise through modern yoga its not possible. Modern yoga is good to practice (Astanga,vinyasa,iyenger,power) but for these type of yoga practices we should prepare our body without preparation its hard to practice.
And treatment of a disease only can done through traditional practice of yoga and Our Sanskar Yoga Ashram (yoga school) basically focusing on traditional yoga practice which help us to get a healthy body. In our teacher training program of yoga therapy we are introducing the right traditional plane for a disease.
